Fabric Care

We use natural fibre base cloths where possible, which has natural colour variations. The fabric is screen-printed with pigment inks, which may fade over time, or in harsh sunlight and may vary from batch to batch.

Cold water wash with a mild detergent. Line dry, do not tumble dry or dry clean. Wash cushion covers inside out. Iron on reverse at a medium temperature. 

Possible shrinkage: 5%

Our Products

Our candles are hand poured in Joburg. The essential oils we use all have a purpose, making sure that our candles not only smell amazing but that they are beneficial for the whole body.

All printed products are professionally screenprinted in Cape Town and stitched by our  awesome team. While we try and use natural fabrics where possible, a quality product is our main concern, so where necessary small percentages of polyester may be used. We make sure our prints, stitches and zips are top quality so that you'll be using our products for years to come.

Online Orders

All are products are carefully wrapped to ensure safe shipping. Should your order be for a gift please let us know during your checkout.

Missing Goods

If an order doesn’t arrive with the buyer within 60 working days of sending (barring extraordinary delays due to postage strikes, extreme weather or political events), we will re-send a replacement, but this will happen one time only. After that, it’s a loss for both parties.

Lo-Ki Interiors does not take responsibility for goods lost by courier company, but will
make every effort to correct such incidents.

Returns & Refunds

Please get in touch with us within 3 business days of receiving your order for us to make arrangements for a refund or exchange. We will gladly send your new product, subject to stock availability, or give you a full refund once we've received your order in it's original packaging with no signs of usage or damage.


Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable and that getting your parcel back to us will be at your expense. Product exchanges are treated as new orders and are subject to standard delivery costs. We’re very happy to refund you once we received your order back, unused and undamaged, if that’s what you’d prefer.


Kindly note all products are hand made. Items in stock will be shipped within 2-5 working days of your order. If your order is not in stock, you will be notified via email within 24 hours. Please allow for up to 10 business days for the order to arrive for items that are not in stock.


South Africa: All orders are sent via The Courier Guy. Orders take approximately 3-5 working days to arrive. A tracking number can be provided upon request. 

Collection: Available in Woodstock Cape Town or Honeydew in Johannesburg. Weekdays by appointment only. Please wait for a ready for collection before collecting.


Please note we cannot ship to PO Boxes, your physical address is required for courier delivery.
